Our Team

Carolanne Powers has over 15 years of experience building and restoring homes in Summit County, CO. Prior to starting Peak Element Construction Inc., she worked as Senior Project Manager for a large production builder on numerous development and general contracting projects. Prior to that, she worked in fire and water damage restoration. Her portfolio includes a variety of project types comprising of custom single family homes, production homes, and multi-family townhomes and condominiums. She has also passed the Residential Building Contractor (Class C) Exam and the Commercial Building Contractor (Class B) Exam with the International Code Council.

Carolanne serves as the Vice President for the Summit County Builders Association and volunteers with the Careers in Construction program at Summit High School. She also serves on the Blueprint Summit Community Advisory Committee and the Government Affairs Committee for SCBA.

When not building homes, she is out exploring in the backcountry or spending time with her teenage daughter who loves to dance!

Vince Stuber has over 7 years experience in construction across the United States and internationally, having developed a passion for the trade while volunteering and working in disaster relief construction in Japan and furthering his development of residential remodeling in Northeast US and the Gulf States.

Having moved to Summit County in 2021, he honed his skills in Construction Management to include production building of condo, single, and multi-family homes, along with specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. He as well brings over 10 years experience in client relations and customer service management.

When not at work you can find him enjoying every bit of outdoors the high country can offer, from climbing and alpine mountaineering, to running, cycling, and power sports.
